Hi,

I am descended from an Anna GING (b 25 dec 1873, Switzerland), whom I believe is the sister of Sam Ging (b. 10 dec 1881 in Thalheim, Aargau, Switzerland).

I have not verified this (although it's allegedly in a church 120 miles or so from me in Texas) that Sam is the son of a Sam Ging, who died in Switzerland before the younger Sam, his two sisters, his mother, and maybe one other brother came to the US. I believe the mother's name is most likely Eli(z/s)abeth. Second husband was a Wernli, another surname that pops up all over the place in Thalheim history.

I am looking to learn more about the Gings in Thalheim and hopefully find a connection to my Sam and Anna Ging. Anyone know anything?
