i am looking for the parents/ancestors of Jacob Diener (Deanor/Deaner) who was from Zurich, Switzerland and immigrated to USA. He married Sally (Sarah?) Gunnall on Jan 25, 1785 in Campbell County, Virginia (USA). He served at Valley Forge in the Revolutionary War as a Sgt in Carter's Company (ID: VA08643); Support Division; Artillery Brigade and received Campbell County land as a war bounty grant.
