Is it possible that Munsker is actually Beromünster in the Canton of Lucerne? The Weber surname is "an old surname" (meaning citizenship was acquired before 1800) in this commune. Is it possible that they were married/lived in his home commune ~ and this is where the first child was born ??? (This makes sense to me ... )
Or could be Münster-Geschinen, in the Canton of Valais, or Müstair, in the Canton of Graubünden ... there's no listing in the Swiss Surnames book(s) of Weber citizenship in these communes, but that doesn't necessarily mean she wasn't born there.
You said: "The rest of the children have their place of birth listed as Bern or Lucerne Switzerland." Are you referring to the Cantons or the communes? In the commune of Bern, and the commune of Luzern, there's no Weber citizenship. There are listings for Weber's in other communes in the Cantons of Berne and Lucerne though.
If you have any questions, let me know.
