Hi Julia. I've recently gotten more information on my Hugentobler ancestor. I found it in the Switzerland databases at:
http://fsbeta.familysearch.org/s/collection/listIn the marriages section, I was able to determine that my Maria Elisabetha Hugentobler who married Johann Weber, was born 26 April 1848. They married at Katholisch, Berg Tg, Thurgau, Switzerland on 26 April 1875. Her parents are listed as Joseph Hugentobler and Maria Elisabetha Buerke or Burki.
You may want to check out that database to see if you can find your folks. Let me know what you find. Do keep in mind that the records indicate whether the family was Catholic or not and you can use this somewhat to separate out families with similar names as your own.
