I'm helping my cousin Jack in his search for finding a Swiss relative that is still living. All we have is a Certificate of Origin document that gives information on Jack's great grandma Josephine Dorsey (whom married John Berg in Minnesota). Her last name on the document looks like it is spelled Dorsax.
Josephine's father's name on the document looks like Jean Antoine Dorsax. Josephine's mother's name on the document looks like Marie Voignier.
She was born in Orsieres in 1883.
Is there anyone living there that would like to make contact with my cousin? He's trying to learn more about the family. Please if you know of anyone with this name Dorsax (we say it Dorsay or Dorsey here) or about the family, please contact me and I will mail the information onto my cousin or give you his address.
