From reading posts regarding Heinrich "Henry" Baumgardner, here are a few comments and questions...
(1) To the best of my knowledge, Heinrich "Henry" Baumgardner is my 6th Great-Grandfather through his son Balzer [Balthasar?] Baumgardner.
(2) It appears possible from the posts that Heinrich had two wives; his first Maria Bersinger and second Mary [Maria] Balzer. If Maria Bersinger died in 1724 or 1734 (which is correct?) in Zurich then it would seem possible that Heinrich traveled to the Colonies with his daughters and other family members. Thoughts?
(3) Margaretha Bersinger....Would it be custom to write a woman's maiden name on immigration records if she were married? I wonder if Margaretha could be Maria Bersinger Baumgardner's unmarried sister.
(4) There appears to be various dates of birth and death for Heinrich so that often confuses me. However, the 1710 census that Felix typed was most helpful.
