This is very interesting and I appreciate your taking the time to piece all of this together for me. As I continue reading Eltendorf and Raabfidisch microfilm, I will watch for Fentz/Lentz/Laritz and Kefer/Keefer/Käfer records that may be related.

It is amazing to see the roots of these relationships come together through these old records -- and even more interesting to see how these Jost and Haftl families crossed paths so many times.
