I am looking for information regarding the parents of Joseph Balthasar Neyer. Mr. Neyer was born in Austria in approximately 1822. I know nothing about when he came to the United States. Mr. Neyer and his wife Mary Jane lived in North Otter, Macoupin, IL where my husbands grandfather Thomas Benton Neyer was born February 6, 1880. They moved to Kansas in 1888.
