I have a Jospeh Rabel (Rabl) born 1865 in Austria. Not sure if he was born in the same town as his later wife- but he married an Antonia Herrman who was born in Bad Gleichenberg.
He immigrated in 1907 to Cleveland, OH.

Not sure if it's a connection- but the names are very similar!
